I've been brushing up "Beauty and the Beat" this week while I also have gotten through the first page of "Let it Go" from Frozen. Let it Go is very fast paced but has a clear pattern I've started following. The measures are in 2/2 which is new to me so I've had to adjust.
Sounds good! even though Let it Go is faster, I would recommend starting to learn it slower. If you have trouble thinking in 2/2, you can start thinking in 4/4 (count: 1 2 3 4) and then switch to 2/2 (count: 1 + 2 +). Hopefully that will help!
